HelpShelf tracks AI searches and AI chats separately. AI searches cover fast searches across published knowledge; AI chats cover conversational answer requests generated from that knowledge.

Reaching a limit
The application enforces the two limits independently. Usage resets at the start of each billing month, or you can upgrade for more capacity.
Where to see usage
Open Billing in your dashboard to see both counters. If an account-specific override is configured, the limit shown there takes precedence over the standard plan table.
