Appearance supports one accent with derived contrast, light or dark theme, radius, launcher style and label, left or right placement, panel style, agent name/avatar/tone, and trust-receipt visibility. The single agent-logo upload is on Install, greetings are configured per page rule, and there is no general panel-title or placeholder control. Branding removal and logo upload are plan-gated.
The install snippet loads Floatie asynchronously, so the script does not parser-block the host page. Real performance still depends on the host site, browser, and network, so measure Core Web Vitals after installation.
