How credits work

1 credit = 1 resolved conversation

A credit is spent only when your agent fully resolves a conversation with AI. Multi-turn chats within one session still count as a single credit.

Escalations are free

When the agent hands a conversation to you — Telegram, Slack, or email — it costs nothing. Asking a human for help is a feature, not a fee.

Noise never counts

Spam, bot traffic, unanswered questions, and items held for your review never consume credits. You only pay for delivered value.

A credit is consumed when your agent resolves a conversation with AI: it answers the question (with citations) and the session ends without needing a human. A multi-turn conversation in one session is still just 1 credit. What never consumes credits: escalations to a human, spam and bot noise, questions the agent couldn't answer, and replies held for your review.

We'll never cut off your customers. On Pro and Scale, extra resolved conversations are simply billed as overage — $0.12 per credit on Pro, $0.10 per credit on Scale. On the Free plan, your widget keeps working in search mode and visitors can still escalate to you until your credits reset next month.
