The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your documentation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated responses before they are presented to your customers.
7. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.
8. Free Tier
HelpShelf offers a free tier with limited features and usage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time, with reasonable notice to affected users.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by HelpShelf and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELPSHELF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelpShelf and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
